Public Overview and Documentation for CUBIT and CRAIDO
CUBIT is a technology embodying early warning anomaly detection, sensing, diagnostics, and response
for biological threats to large populations, such as contagious and easily transmissible
infectious diseases (e.g., influenza, other rspiratory viruses, salmonella and other food contamination, TB, tropical diseases).
CUBIT enbodies instrumentation, analytics and informatics, and it may be best conceived as a biomedical "operating system" and
architeture for the integration and coordination of multiple strategies, sensing and diagnostic methods, and therapeutic response methods.
CRAIDO (Community RApid Response for infectious Disease Outbreaks) is a specific implementation embodying both stationary and mobile labstations
that are deployed as part of a network for early warning detetion and mutation tracking and forecasting.
